Six steps, from audit to go-live
1. Free audit
We map your business and current flows (sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting) and your obligations: VAT, e-invoicing, consolidation.
2. Scoping
Scope, modules, rollout order, budget and timeline in writing. You know what you are buying before work starts.
3. Configuration
UAE chart of accounts and taxes, companies and currencies, sales and purchase flows, access rights, document templates in your branding.
4. Data migration
Customers, suppliers, products, opening balances and open invoices: imported, checked and reconciled with you.
5. Role-based training
Short, focused sessions (finance, sales, warehouse, management). The Prosci ADKAR method makes sure your teams actually adopt the system.
6. Go-live and hypercare
Go-live on a clean accounting date, then 30 days of close support over WhatsApp and video calls to clear every blocker.
