Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Kenobiz Solutions L.L.C-FZ collects, uses and protects your personal data, in compliance with the UAE PDPL (Personal Data Protection Law) and, where applicable, with the European GDPR.
1. Data controller
Kenobiz Solutions L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE.
2. Data collected
- Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), subject, message, consent.
- Free audit (Zoho Bookings): name, email, phone, time slot, reason (per Zoho fields).
- Anonymous statistics: we use a privacy-respecting analytics tool (Plausible Analytics) without tracking cookies.
- Server logs: anonymized IP address and timestamp, kept for security and debugging.
3. Purposes
- Respond to your contact or appointment requests
- Establish and execute any potential engagement
- Aggregated site usage statistics
- Security and technical maintenance
4. Legal basis
Explicit consent (form), execution of pre-contractual or contractual measure, legitimate interest of the data controller (anonymous statistics, security).
5. Retention period
Contact form data: 3 years after the last exchange. Client data during engagement: legal accounting retention applicable in the UAE (10 years for accounting records).
6. Recipients
Cyrille Benac and, where applicable, the tools we use to serve you: Zoho (CRM, Books, Bookings , multi-region hosting), Resend (email delivery, US hosting with contractual guarantees), Vercel (site hosting, US and global). No commercial sharing.
7. Your rights
In accordance with PDPL (UAE) and GDPR (EU), you have the following rights: access, rectification, deletion, portability, objection, restriction. To exercise these rights, write to info@kenobiz.ae. Response within 30 days maximum.
8. International transfers
Some of our providers (Vercel, Resend) host their data in the United States. We rely on their contractual commitments (DPA) and their certifications to guarantee an equivalent level of protection.
9. Cookies
The site does not use tracking cookies. A technical cookie may be set to persist your theme preference (light / dark). Plausible Analytics is cookie-less.
